Ms. Cathy M. Phipps passed away on December 31, 2021 at the age of 66, after a courageous battle with her declining health. She was surrounded by her loving family, who will continue to honor her legacy. Cathy is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie Smith and husband Mark, and Wendy Jones and husband Russ; three grandchildren whom she adored, Gannon Jones, Townsend Smith and Marklie Smith; and former husband and life-long friend, David Phipps; and beloved pet Lucas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Hillcrest Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Lindsay Brown. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 3:00PM-5:00PM at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. "... In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still.
