Johanne Margaret Harriott, age 82, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020. Mrs. Harriott was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Harriott. Originally from Mamaroneck, NY and Huntington Station, NY where they raised their children. Harvey and Johanne moved to Indigo Creek in 1998 and have enjoyed their retirement years here in Murrell’s Inlet. Johanne has been a long-time member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church where she was active in the women’s guild. Johanne is survived by her three children, Joanne Padilla, Stephen Harriott, Denise Harriott and daughter-in-law, Karen Harriott. She was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren; Nicole Anne, Kaelyn Elizabeth, Thomas Owens, Michael James, Stephanie Anne, Brianna Lynn, Patrick James and Daniel Thomas and five great grandchildren; Kylie Grace, Penelope Rose, Harvey Robert, Emma Nicole and Katelyn Marie. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Thursday, August 26, 2020 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel. There will be a private service held at St. Michaels Catholic Church.
